Nicole Gardner
Nanny with over ten years’ experience serving north Denver Metro
nicole@nicolegardner.us
Hi there!
I'm a seasoned nanny of infants and toddlers, with professional experience since 2012. My expertise is focused on infant care and I treat them as I would my own. My priority to them is love and nurture, as well as developmental learning. My charges have always met milestones on time or well before (e.g. walking at 9 mo, speaking sentences before 1 yr.) Passersby often mistake me for my charge's mother because of the nurturing love they see me giving.

“My husband and I welcomed Nicole into our home to care for our baby when he was five months old and, now, eight months later we will be sad to see her go as she relocates and moves on to new endeavors. As a new mother worried and anxious about leaving my baby and my home in someone else’s care, I quickly realized how lucky we were to have found Nicole. She is very considerate of and diligent to follow our parenting guidance and wishes. She is dependable, mature, and trustworthy. She is very good at communicating about our baby and her schedule. She applies her knowledge of child development to both help him learn and to problem-solve - and she is always eager to learn more. She genuinely cares about our baby which shows in how much he cares for her right back. Quite simply, Nicole is a very good person and a rare find in this day and age!”

“Nicole is currently my part-time nanny for my two young children. She is great with my 2 year old, helping to teach good manners, picking up after one's self as well as the appropriate discipline for the age. She is also wonderful with my 6 mo. old baby. They all often go to the park and other kid friendly outings, such as the library and other adventures. We are very lucky to have her on our team!”

“Nicole has been a preschool teacher for my son the last year. During that time I can wholeheartedly say Nicole would be a great asset to any family or any realm of family influence. She is faithful, consistent and loving. She takes time to teach the kids she's investing in. I've always appreciated her openness in communication with me, as a parent, as well. She offers helpful advice in situations and an attentive heart toward my children.”

“Nicole provided excellent care for our 3 rambunctious sons who, at the time, were 1, 5 and 7 years old . She helped the older 2 with their daily schoolwork. She also found age-appropriate, creative, active and educational ways to spend their time. All three boys quickly connected with her and responded well to her. The boys enjoyed her sense of adventure and discovery that she brought to their time together. She was great at balancing fun and play with clear, consistent boundaries. Nicole was genuinely excited when they learned something new and she communicated both the positive and challenging events of the day well. She worked with us and sought out our wishes on how to address negative behavior or attitudes when necessary. We were very happy with her care for our children and the positive relationship we shared with her as a whole family. I highly recommend Nicole to families.”

“I would highly recommend Nicole to care for your children. Nicole has been around my children very regularly for over two years. She gets down on their level, listens to them, talks with them, loves them, plays with them and truly takes joy in being with them. I can easily use the words responsible, trustworthy and reliable to describe her. Your children would be in very good hands.”

“I have worked with Nicole Mullins in Little Lights preschool in Colorado Springs, Colorado at YWAMSF over the last 18 months in 3 separate capacities involving the care of preschool children. She has been in leadership over me, trained me to fill her position and then later returned to the preschool that I worked in as my assistant. She has proven herself to me to be very reliable in all areas of caring for children.
She takes her job seriously in that she fulfills all responsibilities that are given to her conscientiously. She is punctual and follows instructions that are given to her. She is not afraid to communicate her own concerns and personal needs.
I believe that she is a safe person to entrust children with, in that she interacts with children on their levels of maturity while challenging them to new levels of maturity. She cares for children in loving and compassionate ways. She also loves to have fun with them.
I would not be hesitant to use her as a nanny or care provider for my own children if my own children were not adults.”
